Yes! Every item is thoughtfully handcrafted by Woody, Louise, or the two of us together. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations are part of what makes your purchase unique.

Absolutely! We love creating personalized gifts. Whether it's a bracelet, tumbler, laser-engraved item, greeting card, or something completely unique, we'd be happy to discuss your ideas. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us to get started.

📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Most ready-made items ship within a few business days. Custom orders take a little longer depending on the project, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Many of our items are packaged beautifully and are ready for gift giving. If you have something special in mind, let us know—we're happy to help make your gift extra memorable.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and the secure payment methods available through our online store.

🚚 Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're located elsewhere, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

🔄 What is your return policy?

Because many of our items are handmade or personalized, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there's ever a problem with your order, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

📏 Will my bracelet fit?

Most of our bracelets are made in a standard adult size unless otherwise noted. If you need a different size, just let us know before ordering. We're happy to create one that fits you comfortably.

✨ Can I order matching sets?

Of course! Many of our bracelets, earrings, tumblers, and gifts can be coordinated into matching sets. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, just ask!

📚 Do you sign your books?

Yes! We'd be delighted to personalize and sign our books upon request. Simply leave a note with your order or contact us before it ships.

🪵 Can Woody engrave my own item?

In many cases, yes! If you have a special item you'd like engraved, send us a message with a photo and a brief description. We'll let you know if it's something we can safely personalize.

🧼 How should I care for my handmade jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

• Store it in a dry place when not being worn.

• Gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth if needed.
